COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE


Click Health is aware that on occasions, our customers or patients may wish to make a complaint or provide feedback on the services and/or on our product range. If you are not satisfied with any of our services or products, please communicate via the following methods:

  • Writing - address your letter to the Pharmacist (below)
  • Telephone - ask to speak with the Pharmacist
  • E-mail - use our online form below or email us at enquiries@click-health.co.uk


We endeavour to respond to your query as soon as possible within a maximum of 14 days. Please note we will contact you regularly with updates until your complaint has been resolved. All of our contact details can be found below. We endeavour to ensure patient satisfaction is at its optimum and will do anything in our capacity to resolve your complaint successfully.
