The questionnaires are designed so that we can review your purchase to ensure that what you plan to take is suitable and safe to take for the symptoms you are experiencing.

It is essential to declare your full and accurate medical history so that the correct clinical advice and decisions can be made.
At Click Health, we strive to make your medical experience simple. Therefore, unless your medical situation changes, you are not required to fill out a new questionnaire for the same medicine treatment. You must only review the questionnaire and submit to confirm nothing has changed in your circumstances.

This can be done by clicking onto your account and going to view your order history.
At Click Health, we endeavour to meet all delivery times stated. In fact, on many occasions, we deliver sooner than the promised times.

However, on a small number of occasions, we may be extremely busy and your delivery may be delayed slightly. We aim to give you regular updates where this happens and you may receive a refund for the service charge that we charge you, since it was not up to the standard that we strive for. All other charges however, are applicable if you wish to proceed with the order and wait.
For the health and safety of our customers, any medicines or vitamins that are posted or delivered to our patients can no longer be returned for a refund. This is since we cannot resell this item again.

If however, the medicine remains with us on site or with one of our trusted drivers, we may authorise a refund if the driver has not come out to you yet. If you are not home for delivery when our driver attempts to deliver within the stated hours and you wish for a refund, the delivery charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We also accept PayPal.
