The questionnaire are built such that we can review your purchase to ensure what you plan to take is suitable and safe to take for the symptoms  you are experiencing.

It is essential to declare your full and accurate medical history so that the correct clinical advise and decision can be made.
At Click Health, we strive to make your medical experience simple. Therefore, unless your medical situation changes, you do not require to fill out a new questionnaire for the same medicine treatment. You must only review the questionnaire and submit to confirm nothing has changed in your circumstances.

This can be done by clicking onto your account and going to view your order history.
We are open 24 hours a day to answer your queries however, orders from 3:00am - 8:00am will be processed after 8:00am. Hence if you order your items at 6:00am and you have been quoted a delivery time of within 90 minutes, your estimated time of arrival is 8:00-9:30am.

Those who do not qualify for same day delivery will be offered Guaranteed Next day delivery if placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
At Click Health, we endeavour to meet all delivery times stated. In fact, on many occasions, we deliver sooner than the promised times.

However, on a small number of occasions, we may be extremely busy and your delivery may be delayed slightly. In such a scenario, you may recieve a refund for the service charge that we charge you since it was not up to the standard that strive for. All other charges however, are applicable if you wish to proceed with the order and wait.
The packaging is such that the products inside are not identifiable and therefore discreet.
For the health and safety of our customers, any medicines or vitamins that are posted out or is delivered to our patients can no longer be returned for a refund. This is since we cannot resell this item again.

If however, the medicine remains with us on site or with one of our trusted drivers, we may authorise a refund if he has not come out to you yet. If you are not home for delivery when our driver attempts to deliver within the stated hours and you wish for a refund, a full refund minus the delivery charges will be made.

Once you have placed an order with us, email confirmations are automatic. If you have not received one, please check your junk mail. Also, double-check that you have provided us with the correct email address upon registration. If you have any issues, contact the Click Health team for assistance.
No. We do not prescribe Benzodiazepines for anxiety or any other health condition. It’s important to remember that these medications are designed for very short-term use and that they can quickly cause addiction when used for an extended period of time.

Withdrawals from Benzodiazepine addiction are very dangerous and can be fatal if the medication is stopped suddenly. See your GP urgently if you need help with Benzodiazepine addiction.

We do not  prescribe Zopiclone at Click Health. We do, however, stock effective over-the-counter medications to treat temporary sleeping problems.
No. If you suspect you have an infection, you should consult your GP for treatment.
You can. We stock over the counter Regaine products for men that are clinically proven to help stop hair loss and even help hair grow back.

We prescribe a variety of weight loss medications, including Xenical and Orlistat. These medications contain the active ingredient Orlistat, but come in different strengths.

If you’re looking to purchase weight loss medication from us, you’ll first be asked to fill out a quick medical questionnaire regarding your height and current weight. That way we’ll know which treatment would be most appropriate for you. Please note that we do not currently stock Saxenda (Liraglutide) for weight loss, but may do in the future.
No. The only anti-malaria medications we sell is Malarone. If you’re looking for Hydroxychloroquine to treat lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or porphyria cutanea tarda, you must speak to your GP.

Please note: despite rumours in the press and elsewhere, Hydroxychloroquine is not an approved or recommended treatment or preventative treatment for COVID-19 and should not be used as such. If you suspect you or someone you’ve been in physical contact with has COVID-19, you must self-isolate immediately and arrange to be tested.
