Will I receive my results immediately?

Some of our test kits will give results at home within 10-15 minutes. Currently this is only available with our BioSure HIV test kit. With the other sexual health testing kit, you must perform the test at home and use the free postage provided with it to send to the labaratory for your results to come back in 24-48 hours.

What shall I do if I test positive?

Depending on what you have tested positive for, treatment may be available via our Click Doctor platform. We currently offer treatment to those diagnosed with chlamydia and/ or gonorrhoea. You will need to complete an online assessment before making the purchase to make sure you are suitable.

If you test positive for HIV, it is important that you contact a healthcare professional as soon as possible and get emotional and medical support.
